Urban Moves Dance Camp provides a fun and energetic week for primary and secondary school aged pupils. The dancers will learn and create street dance choreography alongside our team of Urban Moves coaches who can't wait to work with all the dancers and have a fun filled dance camp!

Rookie Lifeguard is suitable for Children 8 yrs-14yrs who can swim in deep water and confidently swim 25 metres. The aim is to inspire and embolden children, help keep themselves, their friends and their family safe in the water through a range of fun activities that lead towards a series of awards. This camp is for entry level Bronze Award and progressing to the level where our Rookie Lifeguards perform impressive lifesaving tows.

You will head up to a Gorge in the Angus Glens where you will scramble through a section of mountain stream encountering waterfalls, pools, chutes, rocky steps, holes, slides and often jumps and floating in rapids. This is a great fun activity and very popular!

This is the perfect adventure for anyone. Canadian canoeing with Ancrum Outdoor Centre is a fun and really safe way to get out on our beautiful fresh water lochs and rivers to explore and spot wildlife and leave you with fantastic memories. Our instructor will teach you everything you and your crewmate need to do with paddles to get there and maybe stay dry!

Chain walking is an exciting and unique activity provided by Ancrum Outdoor Centre which takes place in Elie on the Fife coastal path. The route challenges our young adventurers (well equipped with harnesses and helmets) to journey along on a section of this path by means of walking, scrambling and moving across steep sections with the aid of chains bolted on to the cliff face. Watch out for the big waves! This is a popular activity, so book up fast!

You will be transported to the famous Arbroath cliffs for this exciting activity where you will swim in sections of the sea whilst rock hopping, scrambling and jumping from a variety of small cliffs into deep pools and exploring the impact zones where water, rocks, and gullies come together. You need to be water confident. The second part of the day will be a dry activity exploring the cliffs walking along and using ropes to access some of the unique Arbroath coastal features.

Come and learn the basics of the ancient sport of archery through a series of safe and fun games! The second part of your day will be improving and testing your mountain biking skills with the Ancrum Outdoors team at a really cool venue used by our centre. This will be a great day out in forests and scenic locations to give you a real sense of adventure. You MUST be able to ride a bike confidently.

Come and enjoy a fun and exciting day with our qualified instructors by learning practical and fun bushcraft skills followed by testing your head for heights on our tree climb activity, and after lunch, you will head to a local water location where you will try your hand at the popular activity of stand-up paddleboarding and see if you can keep your balance!
