The centre offers a wide variety of group and solo activities, including indoor football, basketball, netball, pickleball, badminton, dance, and gym sessions, ensuring there’s something for every interest and skill level.
Alongside a sports hall, gymnasium and dance studio, St. Paul’s features a 6 lane 25m swimming pool with family swim sessions and dedicated lanes for fitness enthusiasts.
It’s the perfect place for families and individuals alike to come together, get active, and achieve their fitness goals. Fully accessible with on-site parking, it’s a place where everyone can feel welcome.
Service Notice
Due to a series of scheduled pool events at St Paul’s Swim & Sport, there will be no public lane swimming or family fun sessions available on Sunday 14th September, Sunday 26th October, and Sunday 30th November. During these times, we encourage visitors to use alternative swimming facilities at Olympia or Lochee. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Family Fun sessions available every Sunday from 10.30am – 12.30pm. Suitable for all ages and abilities (4 lanes Family Fun, 2 lanes available for other swimmers).
At all other times only lane swimming is available. This is only suitable for competent swimmers, who can manage to swim multiple lengths of the pool.
