Welcome to the Active Dundee Business Games
The Active Dundee Business Games are a city‑wide, multi‑sport initiative designed to bring workplaces together through movement, teamwork and shared purpose.
Delivered by Active Dundee, part of Leisure & Culture Dundee, the Games support organisations to invest in workforce wellbeing while contributing directly to better health outcomes across the city.
This is more than a sporting event. It is a wellbeing movement that helps Dundee’s workforce feel healthier, more connected and more confident.
Who can take part
The Active Dundee Business Games are open to all Dundee City workplaces, including businesses, public sector organisations, charities, education providers and large employers.
All staff are welcome to take part, regardless of age, fitness level, confidence or sporting experience. Activities are designed to be inclusive and accessible, with flexibility built in to suit different teams and schedules.
What’s included with entry
When your organisation enrols in the Active Dundee Business Games, you receive:
- Access to all Business Games events.
- Training sessions via our Active Dundee memberships ahead of each activity.
- Inclusion in the Active Dundee corporate discount membership for 12 months.
- Team and individual prizes Recognition as part of a city‑wide wellbeing initiative.

To compete for the overall Games award, teams must take part in all events. Different staff can participate in different events, giving you flexibility to match interests and availability.

The Active Dundee Business Games bring colleagues together through a series of fun, team‑based and confidence‑building activities. Events include a mix of fitness challenges, team sports, aquatics and skill‑based activities.
Some teams choose to be competitive. Others focus on participation and shared experience. Both approaches are welcomed and supported.
All events are delivered in high‑quality facilities with guidance from Active Dundee staff.
