The aim is to enhance stroke technique over longer distances, while building basic training and race skills to develop a swimmer who is 'Club Ready'.
Adults Learn to Swim
Designed to create an inclusive pathway, offering opportunities for adults of all levels—from beginners to Masters—following the Learn to Swim framework.

Focused on building water confidence, relaxation, streamlining, and introducing core aquatic skills, including aquatic breathing.

Booking Information
Complete and submit a Note of Interest, the Aquatics Team will respond to any Notes of Interest received. Methods of payment - Active Dundee Unlimited memberships, click on Become a Member below for more information. Olympia Learn to Swim & Dive programmes have either lesson covered within the Active Dundee Unlimited membership option, alternatively lessons can be paid for in bundles (5 or 10 at a time).
