2025/26 Winners Announced

The event brought together athletes, clubs, schools, coaches and volunteers from across Dundee to celebrate a year of sporting achievement at every level. The awards recognised excellence in performance sport alongside the vital work of clubs, schools and individuals who are using sport to change lives and widen access to sporting opportunities across the city.

Proceedings opened with an outstanding performance from singers from Dundee Schools Musical Theatre, setting the tone for an evening dedicated to celebrating the power of sport. The awards were then presented by Bruce Aitchison, the well-known host of the ‘Happiness Is…’ podcast, who returned for a fourth consecutive year. His trademark enthusiasm and warmth helped create an uplifting atmosphere as sport from across the city was celebrated.

The evening also featured contributions from inspirational athletes Anastasia Vaipan‑Law and Luke Digby, joined by their coach Simon Briggs, who shared insights into their sporting journeys and recent success at the Winter Olympic Games. Their achievements provided a powerful reminder of the talent and dedication within Dundee’s sporting community.
