Located in the west of Dundee, it offers a range of activities, including public swimming, aquafit classes, and a fully equipped gym for all ages and fitness levels.

For women seeking a supportive and safe space, Active Women sessions are held here weekly - exclusively staffed by female employees to create a comfortable environment for all participants.

The centre also includes accessible toilets, changing facilities, and a pool hoist to ensure safe entry for those who need assistance.

Service Notice

Update on works at Lochee Swim & Leisure Centre - 9 June, 2025

As previously announced, the Swimming Pool and Changing Village at Lochee Swim & Leisure Centre are currently closed to allow for remedial works to be carried out. These essential works began on 21 April, 2025 and expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete.

As part of the works, the Health Suite at Lochee is also now temporarily unavailable to allow the shower area to be reinstated and completion of the changing village works.

Facility summary

Gym – Open as normal, no shower access will be available during this period.
Health Suite – Temporarily unavailable to facilitate access for reinstatement works.
Swimming Pool – Unavailable for the duration of the remedial works, with reopening upon completion.

Alternative Facilities:

Alternative swimming facilities are available at our other venues across the city. Aquafit classes will be relocated to Harris and Olympia during this time.
