Please note: Centres do not provide food or drink/plates or cups but you are welcome to bring your own.

The cost of the party is £170. A non-refundable deposit of 50% (£85) is required at the centre once your party booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is payable one week before the party date.

All equipment is provided by our Leisure Attendant staff on site, including the bouncy castle, apparatus, soft play blocks, and more.

Please note: Children over the age of 5 are not permitted to use the bouncy castle.

Terms

Available at weekends at Douglas Sports Centre & Menzieshill Community Hub.
Advanced booking is required.
Parties are for children age 0-5 years.
Maximum of 30 children per party.
Family/Carers are responsible for supervising their own children and must stay for the duration of the party. There must be ratio of 1 adult to 2 children 0-3 years and 1 adult to 3 children 4-5 years.
The party consists of 1 hour in the sports hall with bouncy castle and colourful apparatus, followed by 45 minutes in a separate room for food, party games, presents etc. Example, a party starts at 12pm in the sports hall and will wrap up at 1pm, you will then head along to the second room which must be cleared by 1:45pm.
Family/Carers are responsible for providing food, if they wish.
Food room must be left in a reasonable condition in preparation for the next booking.
The cost of the party is £170. A non-refundable deposit of 50% (£85) is required at the centre as soon as your party is confirmed with the remaining balance payable the week before the party date.
Music can be played via AUX cable. There is a speaker at Menzieshill Community Sports Hub that could be used if required which hosts both AUX and Bluetooth.
The bouncy castle will be supervised by a Leisure & Culture Dundee member of staff only to ensure maximum capacities are not exceeded at any one time. Adults must not jump on the bouncy castle.
Play equipment should only be used for its intended purpose, parents are responsible for the safe upkeep of party equipment. Leisure & Culture Dundee staff will make judgement about appropriate use.

Leisure and Culture Dundee will not share this information with any other party unless explicitly agreed with you in advance. Information will be only be retained for the duration of your let agreement with Leisure and Culture Dundee. All data provided on this application form will be processed, stored and destroyed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
