Where can I try Les Mills CEREMONY?

Full CEREMONY classes are held in our dedicated hybrid training space Active 9BX. CEREMONY Studio classes take place at Olympia and Douglas. Check the Live Digital Timetable for all current classes. 

How fit do I need to be?

Everyone can enjoy CEREMONY. There are options for all fitness levels and abilities with an instructor on hand to guide you to train at an intensity that works for you.

How often can I take part?

CEREMONY provides a mix of cardio and strength training and can be undertaken up to 3 times per week for best results. For a balanced routine be sure to include some dedicated strength sessions such as BODYPUMP along with core & flexibility training such as BODYBALANCE.
