Eligibility
1. Offer is open to new customers and lapsed members only (+ 12 months since previous membership)
2. Must be aged 16+ (proof of ID may be required at first visit)
Pass Details
3. The free pass provides Active Unlimited access for 3 consecutive days from activation date *link
4. Access is subject to standard opening times, venue rules and activity availability
5. Some activities may require advance booking.
Redemption Limits
6. Passes are limited and offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis
7. Active Dundee reserves the right to pause or end the offer early once the maximum number of redemptions has been reached
8. Only one free pass per person
9. Passes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and have no cash alternative.
10. Please allow up to 3 working days for your pass request to be checked and activated. Active Dundee will contact you directly to confirm.
How to Redeem

12. Passes must be redeemed within the stated promotional period
13. Booking instructions must be followed to guarantee access
Conduct & Misuse
14. Active Dundee venue rules and codes of conduct apply at all times
15. Any misuse of the offer (including duplicate claims or sharing codes) may result in cancellation of the pass without notice
